         Title: Cheetos Chicken   
    Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Snacks   
         Yield: 2 Servings   
       
         3 c  Crunchy Cheetos cheese-   
              - flavoured snacks   
       1/3 c  Parmesan cheese; grated   
       1/4 c  Flour   
       1/2 ts Salt   
         1 lg Egg   
         1 tb Water   
         2    Boned, skinned chicken   
              - breasts or large thighs   
       
     Place the "Cheesies" in your food processor and process   
     into small crumbs. Add the Parmesan Cheese and pour onto   
     a plate.   
        
     Coat chicken in flour & salt.   
        
     Combine egg & water. Beat until well combined. Dip   
     floured chicken in egg mixture.   
        
     Coat the chicken in the Cheesie crumbs.   
        
     Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.   
        
     Bake for 35-45 minutes @ 350ºF/175ºC until chicken is   
     cooked through (cooking time will depend on thickness   
     of meat).   
        
     UDD VARIATION: Use "Flaming Hot" Cheetos instead of   
     regular Cheetos for a Popeyes-like bite.
