         Title: Grandma's Honey Muffins

         2 c  A-P flour   
       1/2 c  Sugar   
         3 ts Baking powder   
       1/2 ts Salt   
         1 lg Egg; room temp   
         1 c  Milk   
       1/4 c  Butter; melted   
       1/4 c  Honey   
       
     Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.   
        
     In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and   
     salt. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, butter and   
     honey. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.   
        
     Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths   
     full. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes   
     out clean, 15-18 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing   
     from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
