Well, the general usage of this USENET group used to be that one
could post a couple of paragraphs and ask for advice.  A short
conversation, or maybe the opening paragraph, and query, "Would
you go on reading?"

But rasfc has never been a place to post an entire story.

I don't know how to use Google Groups myself -- I post directly
to USEHET via my sysop's BSD 4.2 UNIX system -- so you need to
find someone who does.

Unfortunately, because of a pestiferous infestation of political
flamers a few years ago, this group is now very little read.  A
pity, that.  We used to have some good discussions.
