I've recently found an wireless access point which wouldn't route
between 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks. Devices on either WiFi could
other devices on the same, or on Ethernet, but not the other.

It was a bugger to tack down as the Pi talked to my laptop when I was
near it, but stopped working when I was further away. Although the Pi 3B
has both 2.4 and 5, it was far away from the AP so used 2.4 as did the
laptop when it was nearby. However moving away the the laptop switched
to back 5 GHz, and couldn't see the Pi any more.
