raspi-config is just a shell script:
https://github.com/RPi-Distro/raspi-config
so you may be able to run it directly. However a number of the settings
it's changing are Debian-specific. It can perhaps manipulate /boot/config.txt
fine, but changing settings in the OS may not work.
