   I found with qpdfview that the forms would print but the text I added to   
   them was not on the form. I had better luck with evince, but your mileage   
   may vary.   
      
   This was with US IRS forms. In past I actually had trouble getting them to   
   save and print correctly when using adobe on a Windows machine.
