      TZUTC: -0400       MSGID: 9.fido-ra_util@1:3634/12 20f9dd82       PID: Synchronet 3.17c-Linux Mar 15 2019 GCC       TID: SBBSecho 3.06-Linux r3.105 Mar 15 2019 GCC 7.3.0       MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06                Title: Basil's Balsamic Glazed Grilled Chicken        Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Citrus        Yield: 6 Servings                6 Chicken breast halves        +=OR=+        6 lg Chicken thighs              MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------        1 1/2 c Balsamic vinegar        3 pn Fresh rosemary; chopped        3 pn Fresh thyme; chopped        Salt & pepper        2 ts White sugar        1 Orange; zested                Clean chicken and pat it dry.                Season with salt & pepper.                Heat grill to 275°F/135°C and grease it with oil.                FOR GLAZE: Place a saucepan on flame and combine vinegar,        thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, orange zest, and sugar in        it. Bring it to a boil.                With strainer remove and discard the herbs floating on the        top.                Stir constantly and let it simmer until thickened to reach        the consistency of honey. Remove pan from heat and allow        it to cool at room temperature.                Place chicken on indirect flame. Cover grill with lid and        cook for about 35 minutes or until done.                After 15 minutes of cooking turn the chicken. Cook for        another 10 minutes and then baste chicken with glaze on        both sides.
