   yes, the key should work for both but it will not cause 250 nodes to be active   
   on 2.6 and up... i think manuel is wanting more than two nodes for his system   
   but that requires the Pro version of 2.6 and up... 2.5 should still be viable   
   but some features and bug fixes will be lost in downgrading... i'm not even   
   sure you can convert the user, message and file bases back down...
