   for the barest general processing, after you process the diff file, just   
   delete the TIC...   
      
   a more advanced installation would use something like allfix to import the TIC   
   and the diff into the files areas to keep it around for others to download if   
   they need to... a TIC processor will delete the TIC automatically after
