   There are normal clearances, and then there are excess height clearances   
   demanded for such things as double stack cars, or Boeing airplane parts,   
   or what have you.   
      
   However, Stephen seems fairly convinced they are doing this already in   
   Dallas, and if they are that's nice.  I just wish we could convince the   
   consultants around here of this so they don't insist that exceptionally   
   expensive options are the only option.
