   If you look on eBay you will find a lot of dual SIM phones, which are   
   popular in Europe and Asia, typically SIMs from different countries   
   for people who travel frequently between them.  You can certainly   
   select the SIM per call, dunno if you can have two simultaneous calls   
   and conference them.
