   Heh.... the poorly trained United staff at EWR also don't know how to   
   handle holders of India Overseas Citizen of India status. Pretty   
   pathetic considering that they have two non stop flights to India each   
   day, and many of us now have OCI simply to avoid dealing with Indian   
   Consulates ever again.
