   I know many might think this is crazy, but the notion of workday changes   
   completely when you have to work across many timezones. My typical   
   workday begins at 4 am and runs till about 10am, then there is a break   
   of 4 or 5 hours followed by another 3 or 4 hours of work. That is the   
   way it works out the best for the geographic locations of folks that I   
   work with. So while there is relatively little standard workday shared,   
   the actual workday shifts that we regularly practice makes for a pretty   
   large "workday overlap".
