   Huh? States with international borders have these; other states don't.   
   Why would other states go to the extraordinary expense of offering them   
   to their own residents who wouldn't have need for them?   
      
   I'm sure those who cross the international border often enough, especially   
   those who live in Vancouver and Seattle, have NEXUS. The automated kiosks   
   to check in with upon re-entry at a sea port seem useful.
