   forgot the word "not", which you probably could have figured out from context   
   and the years stated in several followups. It actually wasn't written to   
   disagree with anything anyone else had written, as I was the one who brought   
   up Mandate/Trusteeship, simply noting that it was in a different situation   
   that certain other Pacific territories. The difference was something I had   
   wondered about. You probably could have figured that out as well.
