   How the hell would I know? I didn't find the previous codification on the   
   Columbia law school site. City of New York referred me to the state site,   
   which just had the recodification on it. It didn't appear that all   
   ordinances were yet recodified. But there's no title 34. Someone will   
   have to come up with the previous codification on line.
