   Many do. Many do not. The latter do drive, they just do it poorly.* Add   
   in cell phones, German cars and general arrogance and it gets downright   
   dangerous out there.   
      
   *Rather like me and spelling and typing. I do it daily, just not very   
   well. Fortunately, modern technology helps out a lot, and most of my   
   incompetence gets corrected before you see it.
