   Is there some reason why there wouldn't be commerce in common with Australia   
   and New Zealand, given proximity to those countries and not to US? I'm   
   not sure that trans-Pacific fish shipments requires one port to be on the   
   same day as another port, given that it's a journey of several days.   
      
   Do you really believe there's no commerce between American Somoa and Somoa?
