   Yeah, in 2009 they also switched from driving on the right to driving   
   on the left so they could import used cars from Australia, New   
   Zealand, and Japan.   
      
   obRail: there are no railroads in Samoa, and as far as I can tell,   
   there never have been.  But there is definitely a railroad in Samoa   
   CA, with rides offered by the Timber Heritage Association.
