   I agree. I do the same for the same reason. Of course these days on a   
   Smart pocket device, I just set up all the time zones on the Smart clock   
   usually available on such devices too. All that works well, until Israel   
   decides to change their Daylight Saving Time Rule the day before the   
   time was to change, to move the change date to another day. :( And all   
   hell broke lose on everyone's meeting calendar.
