   Or taking more unpaid down-time or scheduling deliveries to   
   arithmetically allow slower speeds, OR down-time.   
      
      
   Did you know that if a driver arrives to pickup a load that is scheduled   
   for delivery at a place that is 10 reasonable-driving-time hours away,   
   and the shipper delays departure for half of that, the driver will be   
   dinged if the load is late?
