   There are hours-of-service rules for railroads and airlines, but they   
   aren't exactly the same due to different operating conditions, and AFAIK   
   the new "restart" provision hasn't been applied to any others.

   Nope; they work insane hours, which is why "medical misadventure" is a   
   leading cause of death in the US, killing several times as many people   
   per year as guns do.

   Yes, that's the entire point of the hours-of-service regulations for
