No FRA in Europe. The diesel Vectron (2.4 MW) is 80 metric tonnes. The electric ones range between 82 and 85 metric tonnes, depending on configuration and power (5.2 or 6.4 MW, AC-only, DC-only, Multiple-voltages) That gives lower weight per axle than the 22.5 tonnes you mentioned.
