   I really don't see how the rail station and AirTrain can be seen as   
   separate projects. If the station had been built in the early '90's as   
   a shuttle bus terminal without AirTrain, then it might have been cost   
   effective.   
      
   I prefer the idea of routing railroads through airports; it makes   
   so much more sense.
