   If you are coming fro New York, my recommendation is forget about the   
   train and take the direct Airport Bus to EWR either from Port Authority   
   or from Grand Central Terminal. At most times of day you will do better   
   than the bus shuffle through Newark.   
      
   If you are coming from elsewhere, take 62 from Penn Station. The only   
   problem is with luggage. If you have much of that it may be better to   
   take the Port Authority bus, or even more pleasant to spend some more   
   and take a taxi.
