   So EWR station is closed all summer, while they try to fix the   
   monorail. Can anyone comment on how the buses from NWK work?   
      
   Do they take you to/from all terminals or must you take another bus   
   once on the grounds at EWR? How long should you leave for such?   
   Can you take any train to NWK, or only ones making a now-virtual   
   EWR stop? Do you pay extra for the bus?
