   No, that's your reading comprehension problem. The discussion began with   
   electronic fare collection. You insisted on making a comparison to POP with   
   paper receipts, which was changing the discussion away from electronic   
   fare payment. POP is just the requirement that the passenger prove he   
   paid the correct fare. It can be done electronically or with paper.
