   No report yet and I haven't heard of an interim report that would lead   
   the prosecutor to lay charges.   
      
   I wonder if the prosecutor decided to lay charges to keep track of the   
   "suspects". With the railway, and likely their jobs, gone, there is   
   probably a good chance they would move somewhere to find employment. Bail   
   conditions could require them to remain where they now live and placed   
   them under travel restrictions.
