   Yup, I saw that today also. I'm still going to refrain from engaging   
   in speculation myself, since I probably won't come up with anything   
   the FBI isn't already considering.   
      
   If the bullet is confirmed, is it terrorism, or just something that   
   happens in North Philadelphia?
