   SBU is Canadian for FRED. Wikipedia (would they lie to you?) has more:

   I *think* the Wabtec product line is the "Trainlink" series, that used   
   to be produced by Pulse Engineering. I tried to find manuals online,   
   but Wabtec's web site is pretty hopeless.   
      
   A competitor is Union Switch and Signal's "Digitair", now part of   
   Ansaldo STS. I found a Digitair manual online, for what seems to be   
   their current product. It talks about hooking the thing up to a PC for   
   configuration and test, but doesn't mention the ability to download any   
   data. (On the other hand, they may choose not to disclose that   
   ability.)
