   All I can say is that the area around the station has seen worse days   
   than now. I have traveled to SOB pretty much at least once every other   
   year by the Lake Shore or the Cap for the last 20 or so years, and have   
   seen the area around the station first decline and hit bottom and then   
   slowly start to recover.
