   Yes, as long as you print your own based on the individual route pdf   
   downloaded just before your journey, you'll be better off. Even those   
   are not updated as often as they should be, but at least it is more   
   often than the timetable book.   
      
   The most upto date info will be in your itinerary at the website, which   
   you may have access to depending on how it was booked. Otherwise call to   
   make sure what the actual times will be for your journey.
