NJT has lengthened its schedules on the NEC to accommodate Amtrak work.    
   However, they have announcements of possible delay and single tracking into   
   Penn Sta.   
      
   Would anyone know accurately if these delays are _in addition_ to the longer   
   schedules, or part of the scheduled run times?  That is, how reliable are the   
   arrival times at Penn on weekdays and weekends?
