   Pre-trial publication of evidence is more restrictive in Canada than   
   in the United States. Also Quebec is not a common law province just   
   as Louisianna is not a common law state with both have French legal   
   norms (in French in Quebec and in English in Louisiana).   
      
   The trial itself will be public.
