   I have read of studies which showed that Roe v. Wade was also a   
   contributing factor in the decline in crime rates in the 90's.  So, if   
   this is true, we should look for correlations between laws which   
   reduce the availability of abortion services in an area with increases   
   in the crime rates 18-25 years later.
