   The context in which made the remarks suggests to me that his remarks   
   were not too much out of line. Of course we can nerd around the nuances   
   of it, but the problem he is dealing with is very real, and it is not a   
   technical problem at all. it is entirely a political one.   
      
   Looking at the attendance at the RPA, it would appear that if anything   
   at all happens regarding Gateway, it will happen in spite of New Jersey,   
   and not due to New Jersey. Which is unfortunate.
