   Are you suggesting that railroad stations also be paid for 100% by   
   advertising. Had this been the case, those huge and expensive stations   
   built by the railroads for advertising and showmanship would have made   
   passenger traffic more cost-efficient. And bus shelters do not have to be   
   staffed 24/7.
