   Amtrak can hardly host anything in GCT. Only MNRR can do so. They had   
   their own GCT centenary celebration last year, which while on the same   
   weekend as NTD, was not directly connected to it in any way.   
      
   I believe the bigger bashes involving more equipment display etc. will   
   be in Philadelphia 30th St. Station and Washington Union Station.
