I rekkin the freeways       have adjoining commercial parking lots that can be used for park-N-ride. Lease       10-20 buses, the fancy coach types and run it for 2-3 years to get a sense of       ridership.       The buses can circulate in areas to drop/pick up. Trains can't do that.
