   Recent reports say that the data recorder in the engine is an old   
   model that didn't work, not clear if they've gotten the one in the cab   
   car since the site is still hazardous.   
      
   The engineer said the train was going 10 mph as it approached the station.   
   No reports of misbehavior or medical problems.
