   AMTRAK has to cut it's cloth to fit it's budget.   
      
   Typical political shortsightedness in buying cheaper overseas and not receiving   
   the sales, personal and company taxes which would be recouped from local   
   manufacture, not to mention the reduction in domestic violence and crime,   
   resulting from men being occupied in meaningful employment.
