   I will never understand why people are allowed drivers licenses without   
   a demonstration of not nearing a train track unless they are certain to   
   clear without stopping (a truck driver must not shift gear until all   
   tracks are cleared).   
      
   I like a similar rule about entering an intersection until it is clear
