From: moroney@world.std.spaamtrap.com              What are the set of signal indications used on MBTA-owned lines in       Massachusetts? I'm a little curious because they replaced a bridge signal       with a wayside signal which happens to be right in the field of view when       I am at a traffic light I pass daily on my way to work. So it's there       saying "Notice Me!".              Usually both sides are red over red over red (stop and stay), other       indications I've seen are green/red/red, red/flashing green/red (while a       single engine was passing it, it then turned all red), and       red/red/flashing yellow. I believe this is an interlock home signal not a       block signal.              --- SoupGate/W32 v1.03        * Origin: LiveWire BBS -=*=- UseNet FTN Gateway (1:2320/1)    |
