   Yes, but my understanding is that those routes are also favored by 'tourists'   
   and *part* of the reason for using PCCs was for that reason.  I read an   
   article somewhere (I forget where) about SEPTA refurbishing the PCCs,   
   including installing A/C for use on *few* selected routes, in part because of   
   their 'charm factor' (they could have just run the newer LRVs on those routes).
