The February 2016 Railpace contains some photos of Amtrak on ex PRR lines.   
   Most of the signals are color position light, and there is no middle light.   
   However, on the Harrisburg line, at Devon (near Phila), there is a   
   traditional PRR position light signal with the center light.  Further   
   out on the Hbg line near Lancaster it's CPL.
