   Not specifically. This was done in response to the requirement to have   
   ACSES deployed by the end of the year. This was planned several years back.

   The Shore Curve is under ACSES control. The only parts that are not are   
   platform and yard trackage around Washington Union Station, Philadelphia   
   30th St. Station and New York Penn Station AFAICT.   
      
   The low speed limits segments are all 20mph or less. Shore is something   
   like 50/60mph AFAIR.
