   I haven't been able to find out any details beyond the fact that she   
   slipped under the train and both legs were amputated.  No reports on   
   whether she sued in Austria nor whether the Austrians considered her   
   negligent.   
      
   The U.S. suit was always rather a stretch, claiming that OBB was   
   subject to U.S. courts just because she bought a Eurailpass from   
   a U.S. travel agent.
