   Does it matter if it's terrorism? If that was enough to distract the   
   engineer so that he made a fatal mistake, then the deaths aren't accidental   
   but homicides, and the rest of the trauma attempted murder.   
      
   It's not like they're going to catch the bastard unless he starts taking   
   credit for it.
