   More and more businesses, and even homes, have installed recording CCTV on   
   their externiors.  Criminals have been caught by such equipment.  In addition,   
   most business interiors today have it.  A pizza joint could show someone of   
   interest in the area.   
      
   TV news coverage included views of the accident from various such cameras.   
      
   It is possible a perp will show up on a camera.  Whether it will be visible   
   enough to identify is unknown.   
      
   The other aspect is that in an incident like this, the cops will flood the   
   streets asking questions, putting on pressure, putting out a $$$ reward.    
   Sometimes that produces a perp.
