   Her actions were witnessed by several people, and investigators can learn a   
   great deal from that.  There are numerous other sources of information that   
   need to be checked.   
      
   There have been suicides on RR crossings before.  I don't know if that was the   
   case here, but it is a possibility.

   A local resident is more likely to know better that get caught on a busy RR   
   crossing like that.
